Can I cancel or make changes to my hotel reservation?
You may be able to change your hotel reservation by cancelling and rebooking it. Cancellation policies vary by type of Hotwire booking, hotel policy, and room type. You can find your cancellation policy in your confirmation email and on your My Account page.
All Hot Rate® Hotel bookings are considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or changed, even for a fee. Here’s how Hot Rate bookings work. We offer amazing rates on hotels. But we only get those rates because we promise our hotel partners not to reveal the name of their hotel until after the room is booked. They don’t want people to know that some of their rooms are being booked for absurdly low prices. Everyone would want the same discount! Here’s the other thing. We’ve paid for the room you booked. The hotel won’t reimburse us for changed or cancelled bookings. Once you agree to Hotwire's Terms of Use and confirm a booking on our site or with a travel specialist, your credit card will be charged for the total price shown.
