If you need new hotel reservation, you can book on Hotwire.com or by using the Hotwire mobile app. If you purchased Trip Protection, contact Allianz Global Assistance at 1-800-771-1281 as your booking may qualify for a refund.

Travelers with HotRate® Car rental bookings impacted by a severe storm, please Message Us. Severe weather may increase wait times and we appreciate your patience. Retail car rentals may be cancelled by accessing your itinerary with the “My Trips” section on Hotwire.com or the mobile app. If you need a new car reservation, book on Hotwire.com or by using the Hotwire mobile app.
