What if I forget my password?

On the sign-in page, select "Password Assistance" and enter the email address associated with your Hotwire account. Choose "Continue," and we'll send you an email with the subject line, "Hotwire Password Assistance." The message will contain a link to a page that will allow you to reset your password.

Please note that the link is only active for 24 hours; you should reset your password within one day of receiving password assistance.
