What if I'm late arriving and checking into my hotel?

Most of our hotel partners allow for late arrival/check-in. If you know you will be arriving after check-in time, please call the hotel directly to let them know that you will be checking in later than normal. Your hotel's phone number can be found on your confirmation email or "My Account" page on our site.

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type, and can be reviewed on your hotel confirmation email.  Please note that if your check-in date is delayed, you will not be reimbursed for any unused portions of your reservation. All Hot Rate^® Hotel bookings made through Hotwire are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed, exchanged, or transferred.
